Drop In Classes 
We offer beginner friendly classes during the week. Please see schedule to confirm day and time. Once you purchase a drop in class pass, you will then proceed to our scheduling system to sign up for the classes of your choice. Look for "New Clients Welcomed" in the title of our classes. 
Intro To Pole Dance
New to pole! Not sure where to begin? Feeling awkward as hell? Girl, stop stressing. You are in the right place. We got you. This is EXACTLY where you begin your pole journey! Starting from the ground up, you will focus on learning the fundamental basic pole skills. You will build strength, control and stamina as you learn all the basic spins as well learn the fundamental technique of climbing the pole. No Walk In's Allowed-Must Register Online Prior To Class.
Sexy Dance Basics-Beginner Level 
This class is all about helping you get in touch with your sexy side and the pole is not always needed! We take it at a slower pace so that you feel comfortable releasing your inner goddess. This class starts with a 10 min warm up and active stretching. We rotate through different types of dance styles each week. Pole dance, chair dance and floorwork. No Walk In's Allowed-Must Register Online Prior To Class.
Floorwork & Flexibility-Beginner Level 
Want to move across the floor like butter? This class focuses on using the floor as a place to create sensual and fluid movement. This class is great for absolute beginners! Progressions of crawls, rolls, leg patterns, transitions, and/or contemporary movement will be taught to learn to dance without a pole and take your floorwork to the next level. Pants or legwarmers are strongly recommended and knee pads are often encouraged. No Walk In's Allowed-Must Register Online Prior To Class.
Aerial Fusion-Lyra & Silks Beginner Level
(Not offered at this time)
Welcome to our playground. This class is suitable for all first time and beginner students. In this class you will explore a variety of beginner aerial conditioning moves as well as poses inside the Lyra (aerial hoop), Silks, and our fly gym. During different seasons, we offer Lyra and Silks as their own separate classes. No Walk In's Allowed-Must Register Online Prior To Class.
