WAITLIST POLICY

When classes become full, we offer a waitlist option. This allows you to add your name to the list so when someone cancels out of class, you will be added to the roster. When a student signs up for the waitlist, that student fully intends to come to class, even upon short notice. When you are added to a class from waitlist, you will receive an automatic text and/email from our us. Once added to the class, you will be held to the cancellation policy above. If you are not sure you will be able to attend a class with short notice, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid losing your class credit. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 12 hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel more than 12 hours before a scheduled class, your class credit will be returned to your account and you will be able to schedule for a future date. However, if you late cancel in the hour 12 hour cancellation period prior to your class start time you will lost that class credit. This is your special time! It's important to commit to yourself and make it a priority to show up. Life happens, we get it! However, we do not offer make ups so please plan accordingly. We do not offer refunds or extensions 

LATE POLICY

It's important to account for travel time when scheduling your life around this special class. Doors open 5 minutes prior to class, please arrive on time. Do not be late. Doors lock 5 minutes after class start time and you will not be permitted to join in if you arrive late.  This policy to protect and respect our instructors and other students by showing up on time as tardiness is disruptive to the classroom experience we aim to provide. 

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you purchase any service or product, it is final.
