LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

It's important to account for travel time when scheduling your life around this special class. Doors open 5 minutes prior to class, please arrive on time. To protect the integrity of the class, doors lock 5 minutes after class start time and you will not be permitted to join in if you arrive late. In order to deliver the best experience for our community, this policy is in place to protect and respect our instructors as well as other students who show up on time. Tardiness is disruptive to the classroom experience we aim to provide.  You will not be permitted to join in if you arrive late and you will not be credited back class credit. 

LATE CANCEL/NO SHOW POLICY

Our weekly member and non-member drop in classes have a generous 12 hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel more than 12 hours before a scheduled class, your class credit will be returned to your account and you will be able to schedule for a future date. Failure to cancel your class within the 12 hour cancellation window will result in your class credit being forfeited as well additional no show and/or late cancel fees will be charged to your card on file. We highly value our members schedules & time and when a student does not early cancel, they take away the opportunity for another classmate to successfully prepare in advance to attend class.  Please be respectful and schedule accordingly.  Having a firm policy supports the value we place on our community's sacred hour together. 

WAITLIST POLICY

When classes become full, we offer a waitlist option. This allows you to add your name to the list so when someone cancels out of class, you will be notified about being added to the roster. When a student signs up for the waitlist, that student fully intends to come to class should a spot become available. You will receive a notification from our scheduling app that you got in to class. You have a limited time to accept or decline before the system moves to the next member on the list. Please make sure your notifications are turned on.  If you are not sure you will be able to attend a class with short notice, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

CANCELING MEMBERSHIPS

Our memberships are contractual and legally binding agreement between you and Flow Fitness Studio, LLC.  Please review your contract for specific details on terminating your contract early. a 30 day written notice is required to cancel ANY membership. Any autopay that is scheduled during those 30 days will be processed. Cancellation/termination of your contract requires written notice by email to terminate. No calls, texts, phone messages and/or social media messages will be accepted. Prorating or pausing memberships is not available.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you purchase any service or product, it is final.
