I don't have any experience with pole, is that ok?YES! We all have to start with zero experience when trying something new. Our beginner classes are developed specifically for the brand new student.
-
What do I wear to my class?Wear what makes you feel comfortable. Shorts are highly recommended so definitely bring them for your 1st class just in case you decide to throw them on. Practicing pole requires our skin to be exposed in order to accomplish several pole tricks. We do go barefoot as well in our intro series. Please no lotion the day of class. Also, don't forget to take off rings and bracelets prior to class.
-
Do we need to wear heels? We go barefoot in our series classes as well as our leveled skill classes. We do encourage you to purchase a pair (we sell them at the studio) because they enhance your experience when you take our other pole dance classes.
