Beginner Pole Dance Training
We have put together a teaching certification program for the pole dancer enthusiast who has a deep desire to teach and inspire other women. Whether you are interested in starting your journey as an instructor or a student simply wanting to deepen your pole practice, we hope you take your practice to a new level through this instructor training program. You will learn basic anatomy, beginner level pole skills, how to properly execute beginner pole level techniques and so much more.
16 Hour Training | (2) 8-Hour Days
Basic Anatomy For Pole Dancers
Injury, Safety & Spotting Tips
Breakdown of all moves
Strength Building Drills
Cuing Tips, Modifications and Progressions.
Teaching methodologies for different learning styles

Certificate of Completion
Must have (4) consistent months of previous pole dance experience prior to participating in training. Should be able to dance in 6-inch (or higher) exotic dance heels. If you have less than 4 months but also have fitness certification, please email us for consideration.
Upon completion of the course and a passing grade, the participant will receive a Flow Fitness Pole Dance Instructor Certification. Permanent employment is not guaranteed. Any training participant that is interested in becoming a Flow Fitness instructor is required to 1.) Apply, interview & also perform a 2 min routine showcasing your style If hired, 2.) complete our rigorous internship & training program which consist of a minimum 12 week student teacher apprenticeship program (at no additional cost). Most internships last approx. 8-12 months.
* Phone or camera to take videos if you wish to during the practical demonstrations.
* Notebook and pens/ pencils to take notes.
* Warm Clothes as a lot of the time we will be sitting down or discussing not always warm and dancing about!
* Pole Clothes (shorts and tops)
* Water bottle snacks
*There will be a lunch break provided each day-Bring your own or run out to a near by restaurant.
