This 2 hour immersion workshop is perfect for those who are unable to commit to our 3 week Intro To Pole Dance series. We will take you through all of the main beginner foundations-spins, sensual movement and strength conditioning.  Once you take this workshop, you will move on to our Pole Essential 1 program.
