Pole Dance Classes & Series at Flow Fitness Studio
These classes take you through a series of dynamic, fluid, and rhythmic dance steps. Each woman will come to know her own unique sense of movement , while tapping into a more complete sense of her potential. Through extensive strength, flexibility, and kinetics training women become empowered and learn to embrace their newfound strength and sensuality.
Intro To Pole/Sensual Flow Workshop-Great for New Students

Welcome to pole dancing! This class is your basic introduction to the pole and sensual dance movements. You will learn the most basic of moves that will prepare you for our Pole or Sensual Flow classes. In this 60 minute workshop you will get a taste of our 2 most popular classes: pole and sensual flow. This is an ultra sexy workshop! The choreography of this class is made up of beginner spins and transitions, sexy poses on the pole with floor work to create one beautiful routine. This class is for beginners (EVERYDAY WOMEN JUST LIKE YOU! READ OUR TESTIMONIALS IF YOU’RE UNSURE) . This workshop is typically offered once a month. Must register to secure your spot as spaces are limited!
Pole Dance Beginners Series-Great For New Students
This series begins with a fun and flirty warm up. Then we take it to the pole to build a routine that combines dance work, transitions, floor work, and spins. Strength training and stretching will round out your workout, providing you with a great workout that will increase your muscle tone and flexibility. This series is broken down into 4 classes and held on the same night & time for 4 weeks. Must register to secure your spot as spaces are limited. Great for new students or students who have completed several beginner pole classes and want to learn a full routine.
There are only 8 ladies allowed to a series and everyone gets their own pole.
Pole Dance Intermediate Series
This series is for those ladies who want to take their pole fitness experience to the next level. We build upon what you have previously learned in our beginner pole classes but add more complex spins and transitions. This series will require more demanding strength and flexibility training. You will learn a full routine that will have you performing moves with an element of challenge, grace and strength. Beautitful accents and amazing transitions will emerge. This series is broken down into 4 classes and held on the same night & time for 4 weeks. Must register to secure your spot as spaces are limited. (Prerequisite a min. of beginner pole series or 4 beginner/intermediate pole classes)

Beginner Pole Spins & Strength (Drop In Classes)
A drop in class for beginners and for those who have recently become addicted to pole dancing. You will learn beginner/ intermediate spins and pole holds in a safe and proper manner. Our main focus will be on building the upper body strength needed in order to progress to more challenging spins. You will continue to progress through these drop in classes and become more graceful and learn how to move more fluidly, naturally, and with POWER! This class is offered several times per week and students may register to drop in as it suits their schedule. Each week you will learn new spins and variations as well as the climb, pole sits, and inversion preperation.
*Prerequisite-Must take Pole Foundations class in order to participate in Pole Spins & Climbs for All Levels. This class is offered on the last Saturday of every month. Please check schedule for date & time.
Pole Foundations
This class is for those who have completed at least one beginner pole class and are interested in participating in the drop in "all level pole spin & climb" class. The instructor will go through a consultation with the group to make sure each student is ready to progress to the next level and to ensure you get the most out of your pole classes. This class is offered on the last Saturday of every month. Please check schedule for date & time.

Flipalicious (Inversion) Workshop
If your ready to get inverted, this workshop is for you! (Must complete previous levels to be qualified for this workshop). Focus will be on building strength, flexibility, and learning inversions (upside down moves). This workshop is a prerequisite before registering to attend a drop in intermediate/advanced pole class.
Intermediate/Advanced Pole & Inversions (Drop In Classes)
A drop in class for students who have completed at least 4 beginner pole classes and have graduated from our Flipalicious Workshop. Continue the journey to free your mind and body and learn more complex spins/transition moves that require an ever-increasing core, upper and lower body strength. Pole work will include upside down and vertical maneuvers…explosive and flowing movements. This class encourages you to develop your own freestyle choreography. (Prerequisite- a min. 4 beginner classes, Pole foundation class and the Flipalicious Workshop.)
Open Pole Time
This is your time to practice on your own with the moves/spins you have learned. Minimal supervision. No inversions unless an instructor is there to supervise you or you have been inverting under Flow Fitness Studio guidelines for a minimum of 3 months. A great way to stay in shape and get practice pole time! (Prerequisite: Beginner pole class and Pole Foundations class).
