WHY BOOT CAMP?

Billingslea Boot Camp is unique, challenging, and different than traditional workouts.  ANYONE can do this Boot Camp, regardless of your current age, shape, or fitness level!  Every exercise used in this Camp can be "modified" to accommodate the client.  We currently have women as young as in their 20's and as mature as in their 50's.  This Camp will challenge you to get out of the same old monatenous gym routine and since the workouts change constantly, you will never become bored!

EFFECTIVENESS

Billingslea Boot Camp is effective because it produces RESULTS!  The beauty of working out using circuit interval training, cardiovascular training, srength training with the assistance of dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, etc., is that it creates mass muscle confusion on a consistent basis.  This type of training forces the body to try to keep up and ultimately burns a tremendous amount of calories in the process.

FRIENDLY FELLOWSHIP

The women that attend our studio are VERY supportive of each other and this creates for a very inspiring environment.  Denise, one of our Boot Camp clients was quoted as saying, ..."At Flow Fitness, I have found a part of me that not only craves the workout but the friendship, support and emotional stability of what comes from being with women in a positive environment".  Many new and long lasting friendships have been created as a result of women meeting each other in Boot Camp at Flow Fitness Studio.

STEP ONE

*Our series is open enrollment, so you may start at any time*

 

STEP TWO

Attend your fun and exciting Boot Camp experience at least 2-3x per week!!!

  • Wear comfortable clothes and running shoes.
  • Bring a  water bottle (with water in it) & a towel
  • Have fun and achieve great results!

We encourage you to get in at least 1 additional workout throughout your week either with one of FLOW's certified personal trainers, on your own, or attend one of our drop in classes for a fun alternative workout.  Consistent muscle confusion equals consistent calorie burning!!!  Keeping your workouts fresh and different will undoubtedly speed up your metabolism and assure that you don't get stagnant or bored!!
