As if dealing with chemotherapy during the battle with Breast Cancer isn't enough, many women have to deal with the anxiety of hair loss. Flow Fitness Studio, a ladies only fitness facility in Wilmington, North Carolina is hoping to relieve some of that anxiety for a local woman. Flow Fitness Studio will be hosting a Girl's Night Out event called Wigging Out For Awareness at their location, 7946 Market Street, on October 28th 8pm until 10pm.
This event will feature demonstrations of belly dancing and pole fitness by students and staff. There will be educational information for breast cancer awareness as well as other fun features. Flow Fitness Studio believes in meeting you where you are and that may mean a woman with breast cancer and her needing to feel better about herself and be a diva again.
Attendees are encouraged to wear their most outrageous wig and to invite a girlfriend. Tickets are just $20 and proceeds will benefit women battling cancer and hair-loss due to treatment.
